Hello everybody,

Fun in Colombia

Lets hope 2010 is a year of golden eggs for everyone. I'm just about getting the cogs going round again and making plans for this year. I am off to Colombia in Feb for a few weeks with Mikee to go and see the lovely Mr Quantic, to check out some Colombian festivals and make some music. Then back home to start working on my new album. TM Juke and I have already started writing some ideas and I'm going to tuck myself away a bit when I get back from Colombia and let the songs come along (they can be shy in coming forward sometimes).

More writing planned for 2010

This year will be more writing - less shows. So I will miss that part, but it is time for the new. And, new songs mean next time I see you, it will be a new show of music for your listening pleasure… There is one special exception  to me hiding away, however, so keep checking back on alicerussell.com for information on our exciting new plans, announced soon!
