Hope you are all sheltered from the cold!

As we informed you all, to ensure that deliveries weren't thwarted by the weather, we've loaded up the sled, harnessed the huskies and sent the tickets on the way from the frozen north to the Forum, so you can get to the gig knowing that the tickets will be there waiting for you and not stuck in a frozen post mans bag.

Here's what we need you to do on Thursday night to collect your tickets.

Firstly, this goes without saying really, please don't leave it to the last minute if you can help it.

The box office have asked that you bring with you the credit card you paid with and the confirmation email to collect your tickets. We know that this isn't always possible if for instance you have been bought them as present, so if you've already let us know about this we'll put some notes on the collection sheet to ensure that there are no problems.

The venue will have all your details that you gave us when you booked, so please bring any relevant ID to prove that you are you and remove all false beards and moustaches before getting to the box office!

Finally, once you have your tickets and you're in the venue please make sure that you have a fantastic time!!!
